CUANTICO is founded in Bogotá
We started building digital platforms for public entities: virtual campuses, data observatories and e-government portals.
- 2022
CuantaIA research group
We created the artificial intelligence for society research group, with lines in public safety, public health, mobility, climate change, poverty and public procurement.
- April 2025
AI for territories, in ITenLínea
ITenLínea magazine features the artificial intelligence models for territories with Colombia’s ICT Ministry and Universidad Distrital, the basis of what is now CUANTICO Earth AI.
- June 2025
ISO 9001:2015 certification
ICONTEC certifies the quality management system of CUANTICO CORPORATION S.A.S. at its Bogotá site (certificate SC-2002300).

Lina Medina
Co-founder · Chief Commercial Officer
MBA, advertising professional and specialist in Market Management and Public Sector Digital Transformation, with 20 years of experience in digital strategy and brand building. Certified in web analytics. She leads client relations and the commercial strategy of CUANTICO and MinTrace.
Laura Agudelo
Partner · Chief Operating Officer
Industrial engineer with a master's degree in Business Innovation Management and a specialization in Technology Project Management, with 20 years of experience in project management and digital transformation in banking, telecommunications, GovTech and industry. Certified in PMP, Scrum Master, COBIT, ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 20000, and a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (ADKAR) for change management.

CUANTICO with purpose
Our founders come from basketball, so we support youth sports. In June 2025 we backed the Festival Internacional de América de Baloncesto Infantil in Bogotá, with more than 500 children from six countries and sessions on responsible technology, youth leadership and digital citizenship.
The 2026 edition brought together more than 1,200 children from Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Venezuela and Ecuador.
